Scott A. Oliver brings decades of leadership, business experience, and real estate expertise to the industry. A proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, Scott worked as a Minuteman II Missile Technician before building a successful 20+ year career with Sierra Beverage Company, an Anheuser-Busch wholesaler, where he retired as a District Manager and National Accounts Manager. His extensive background in management, negotiations, and customer relations laid the foundation for his successful transition into real estate in 2002.
Since entering the real estate industry, Scott has become a respected leader and top-producing REALTOR® throughout the Central Valley. Over the course of his career, he has managed multiple real estate offices and has consistently been recognized for his professionalism, leadership, and commitment to serving clients at the highest level. His expertise spans residential homes, ranches, land, investment properties, commercial real estate, foreclosures, and relocation services.
Scott has dedicated countless hours to advancing the real estate profession through leadership at both the local and state levels. He is a Past President of the Merced County Association of REALTORS®, served six years as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS®, and was honored to serve as Region 7 Chair for the California Association of REALTORS®. He has also served multiple terms on the Board of Directors for the Merced County Association of REALTORS® and was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.
